Technical Analyst on Bloomberg mentioned last night that there's weak support at the recent bottom (about 3650), and stronger support at 3500. If that fails, then the next stop is 3000. If that fails, 2700. He said the Nasdaq closing near day's low is a bearish sign.

Jim, what is the next level of support for the Naz below 3700/3800? Thanks.

Last tuesday we hit 3650 and they are expecting a retest of that. The argument goes that if the Naz falls thru 3650 like a knife, then the correction will get much worse.

Frankly I think its a bunch of bull.
