ABSOLUTELY WRONG, because you are leaving out the fundamental point of this debate- the network we are discussing is a HUMAN network. Humans cannot scale up to a data set of billions. The value of a human network cannot be measured by the same standards you use for a network search engine spider.

As humans, we are all limited in our time. We cannot network with every other human on earth. Harvard's main value-added function at this point is as a filter to cut down the number of useless human interactions, and allowing a focus on those who are bright enough or connected enough to attend.
