My personal opinion is that Barry is setting up a bear trap. It's well known that he has an intense hatred for shorts on his company.

I categorically deny any knowledge of future events which will affect TRAC stock.

I bought 5.000 shares yesterday, just because the 3 for 2 split.

I even sent My Track a note to be sure I was going to get my shares if I was buying before 4.00.PM.

And I did get an official answer affirming that I was going to get the shares.

Why they waited until today for the PR's?

Time to get in contact first with My Track, second with the SEC and third with Law offices.

And yes indeed, I agree, VERY STUPID from them to do such thing.
