Jean. chill out will you?

Actually, I am happy SUNW dropped down $30. By the way, MSFT dropped down more, from $120 to $79, while SUNW dropped from $105 to $79, do your math, will you?

I am happy because I could add to my position in SUNW. I imagine lots of people do on this board. Contrary to MSFT, SUNW blew out even the whisper number on the street both in turns of revenue growth and EPS. The whisper number was 3.75B of revenue and .24c/share EPS. And ML is saying MSFT will have a revenue shortfall. Who the hell is crying here? SUNW now has a trailing PE of 60, quite reasonable on a 49% revenue growth basis. And look at MSFT, can you say value in there? By the way, 70% of my SUNW was purchased at an average price of $3, the other 30% was purchased at an average price of $70. If it drops to $60's, I am going to sell my house to buy more.

About MSFT's business practice:

1. linking browser to the OS is not only ridiculous, it's a downright aweful software design. It will just introduce more bugs to the OS and causes more crashes. It makes the window OS worse and it makes the browser worse. That's a stupid design from the software engineering stand point.

2. what happened to MSFT bastardize Java? It signed an agreement with SUNW to be conformed to Java standard test suites, and later, it breaks it. But from what I see so far, MSFT's Visual J++ is losing the battle to JDeveloper, JBuilder or even SUNW's JDK. What's is going on there, proprietary pig?

3. what happened to their tatics of favoring PC maker who put IE on the desktop? What the deal with that?

4. Why embrace a "CLOSE" software development environment? For example, the main reason SUN's Java Server Page is gaining big popularity over Microsoft's Active Server Page technology is because SUN's JSP can run on any web servers while MSFT's ASP can only run on MSFT's web servers. When you give users a limited choice vs. SUN's open choice, it's clear to see who the winner will be.

5. The average investors IQ is no better than yours. I don't give a f*&k on what they think and what you think. I owned MSFT as well, because I want to make money. But I have been making way more money with my SUNW shares, and I don't see that changing any time soon. Give me a COMPELLING reason why I should buy more MSFT stocks when MSFT is still in the cloud on what kind of remedy DOJ is seeking. Judge Jackson wanted this case move quickly so that MSFT can't delay the appealing process longer to TRY to make the case go irrelevant. Eventually, MSFT will have to suck it up and take it up the a$$. Why should I own it now vs. owning a central piece of the internet infracstructure play with a reasonable PE? Idiots like you just care about rhectics, frankly, I don't give it a damn what they do with MSFT, I just care about making money. You can ignore and trend and buy more MSFT, but you are just going to miss a bigger fish in SUNW. I don't want to be as dumb as you are.
