It wasn't so much a dent as a shaving off of the material down to the inner foam from sliding along the pavement on the 405 at 70mph.

Thank god. I never could figure out people that don't wear helmets. I even wear one most of the time biking. But then again I'm accident prone and learned my lesson the hard (headed) way.
