Getting caught up in the characterization of the day is pretty useless, IMO. Much more useful to just pay attention to the original text of the recommendations and let others spin their wheels obsessing over the mood of the moment.

To my mind - it's never really been a sell signal, but a tactical reallocation for increased risk.
Without any of the spin - Bob has been very clear that he would not be at all long in a bear market.
