Microsoft signed a consent decree in 1995 with the dept of justice regarding windows95 operating system, the decree focuses on bundling and other things

I belief the entire DOJ case began with Clinton liberals intent on going after big business, sometime around 1993, complaints from several software firms and pc boxmakers, old software utility firms were being bullied (like memory management, expanded diskdrivers, antivirus bundled into Windows3.1), pcmakers were being bullied not to use NetWare and versions of unix

Bush had no interest or iniatives in this legal course

Jill, you are right about Bush. I don't know what it is, but I would feel comfortable letting him drive my car. I guess he reminds me of so many business executives I know -- all show and no substance. Just a feeling. I like his Dad okay, even though I tend to vote Democrat. I'd be much more comfortable with Gore. I do think that Bush would be friendlier to MSFT though.

Morning Jill:

Re: DOJ.

There is rumor in Washington that the DOJ may force President Clinton to divest himself from his penis in what was called the result of "predatory" actions taken for the sole purpose of squelching any resistance to advances being made.

Film at eleven....
