Hi Seahorse

You have asked the million dollar question about where we are going. Ill take a guess based on what I know as well as some knowledge that Im drawing on from some other friends whom I trust.

208.240.76.45

In the above chart you will first notice the stochastic indicator is now in the oversold area which is where reversals take place but is still very much in the sell mode based on the angle and direction of the lines which suggests a lower low is likely during the day.

The bright side is that because we are now in reversal range we may get a rally of some degree today.

How low can it go? I changed the MA from 50 to 200 in the above chart. Many stocks are considered grossly oversold when they reach their 200 MA. That line would make a bounce at 3500ish seem likely. 3500 also agrees with where another line of lower support is located.

To sum it up, we will go lower today with some sort of a rally IMO. However, I dont think we have seen the bottom of the general slide yet but should at least get a few days to the upside now.

All is JMO
