Roger - correct, the sherman anti-trust law. Let's hope the attorneys don't decide to start using the same narrow market definitions that allowed MSFT to be a monopoly on the rest of the industry - since their goal is either money or political advancement, both of which could be achieved as easily by attacking SUNW, or AOL as by attacking MSFT, I am not at all pleased by the course of events so far. The next round of lawyers, who did not get their name in lights after the MSFT case, will be chomping at the bit to get some new action going.
