Herschel, you like most here misread my intentions as I am not attempting to sow seeds of doubt. Instead asking the questions most here prefer to ignore. I respectfully disagree that the prospect of an earnings shortfall is irrelevant, as that is the bottom line. All the deals in the world make no difference if they don't make money.

I agree the news of late appeared to be big. I would have expected quite a different reaction. I will not reinvest here till I have reason to believe the stock is ready to make a move over 40. Just trying to find answers to concerns, none of which you appear to have. I do appreciate your honest opinion though.

H_Rubin: I did not sell anything today.

Maybe I should have!

Of course, if we do not turn up soon (at least my major stocks like IDTC) I may indeed have to sell something to pay my taxes.

I have been too busy to do much reading or commenting.

I truly hope the company seriously considers doing something spectacular and visible by Monday. Any checks sent to pay taxes will be cashed by the middle of next week. So, some can consider holding off selling until about then, but that is risky.

I do take heart in seeing we held at 30 today. Nice round number.

Good luck everybody. This has been a very frustrating ride and did not have to be if proper follow through was done once the announcements did get made. But, I know some of the reasons, and although regrettable, the company is acting fairly rationally. And, no, I won't discuss it.

The future is almost as bright as ever, in this stock, even if the present is miserable. Obviously, now is not the ideal time to announce Internet IPO type of moves.
