OT: Please don't be embarrassed; a great many people are NOT aware of Oregon's illustrious gold history, albeit about 20yrs after the famous 1849 Gold Rush of California. Alluvial aka eroded gold also known as placer gold is still very much pursued both commercially and recreationally in this great state, especially in the central part, the entire eastern side and some of the lower southwestern corner which feeds into the upper region of No. California. In fact, once upon a time, some stretches of the very western beaches of Oregon were "rockerbox processed" to recover gold, altho' not in the abundant amounts found on the Alaska beachheads. On Topic: Yes, I was surprised to see the washout at the close today of CMGI. With the market being rather puny for this sector what do you think the chances are that DW will push out the ALTA IPO on the 17th? Is that IPO date really "set in concrete?"
