Cobalt, since I know you are a lawyer lady and very schooled in oral contracts, I would ask you to read Voltaire's post again very carefully, and in particular, the portion that reads, Tomorrow we start up big time or I am wrong about the Houses and will never mention them again. Now I ask you to examine the chart for the nasdaq comp for today: finance.yahoo.com As I see it, we did indeed start moving up. We didn't end up due to a late sell off by those damned manipulating Houses, but as I see it, we did start moving up. Caution, if you rule against me, I'll appeal <lol>. uf
