Most of the majors continue to add to reserves an amount equal or more than their production.
As a result, reserves are not getting depleted. Lots of economic gold reserves continue to be available.

If one really looks in depth at real estate prices, you will find many areas are near 40 year lows! Guess it just depends on where you want to live.......
