Hmm, and i was looking to them from/for the reliability standpoint. You mean this has happened not only today but there has been problems all week? Could you elaborate more?

Chas, yes, I have gotten some e-mails and PMs from unhappy traders too, since my posts here. I must admit, I was pretty unhappy myself the last few days - especially because at least the last two days offered excellent trading opportunities. Were it not for Datek, I'd go ballistic. I am in the market to trade. When Cyber (or any broker) prevents me from doing that, I start seriously re-evaluating why I am keeping money there. It is really pathetic to have such failures, on a day when Datek is actually working - makes me wonder what all those high commissions are about at Cyber and what they buy me.

I truly hope for my sake (and theirs), that Cyber does something about this situation.
