Hi ggamer, I know where you are coming from my friend. I like the fifth mortgage strategy. I know I still sound Pollyanna but no I do not fear that. What I saw today shows me that we are at the bottom as far as the Houses are concerned. Sure there was a sell off at the end but those are the scared second tier Houses. It was how steady the Naz was today for the most part that was the true signal. I am not wavering one bit about my faith of a turn around but again that has very little to do with reality, right? your friend, Volts
