Thestreet.com just put out this segment on SINA.. notice anything peculiar??

Sina.com (SINA:Nasdaq) advanced 3 11/16, or 21.6%, to 20 11/16 after it
was priced at $17 a share, the middle of the estimated $15-$18 range. Lead
underwriter Morgan Stanley Dean Witter priced 4 million chairs. Sina.com
is an Internet portal focused on China.

It's now trading relative to others like CMRC.

You are assuming that "others like CMRC" don't have more to go and are currently not overvalued.
