BTW, if you are right I am going to take out a second mortgage and buy a ton of CSCO. How's that for leverage?

hmm, the margin borrowing was only a couple per centage points even at the market high back in Feb. Presumably margin borrowing has been significantly curtailed in the recent down turn. OTOH, all short sellers are by definition margin-borrowed . . . in a game of chicken, you know who will blink first, just like the recent run up from 70 to 82.
