Hi W.W.: I agree, except the interaction you reference is not what I am talking about at all. My post explains the difference. I targeted the outright personal criticism. Those posts on here today did not address debate, did not not discuss the differences of opinion, nor did those folks dishing it out indicate they even carefully looked at the advice from those they were criticizing.

Other than that, I agree with you 100%!
