OZOB: We had our dead cat bounce last Tuesday, on that manufactured rally from 3649 to 4500 or so. The monetary system is stretched too tight (remember all the rotation we had in the last months...not enough money/credit to move the whole mess higher). Throw in the newly discovered fear factor of tons of novice investors (and fund managers I might add: few now managing serious $$$ have been through the '87 crash), and what do you get? One extremely toxic mess! I think we have a bad down day tomorrow, then mass MF redemptions over the weekend, then (as Luc demurely puts it) the "LLCF". Then who knows. Maybe a couple of years where no one wants anything to do with stocks, sort of a PTSD type reaction.
