I've seen several underwriters short their clients
stocks into the dirt lately...sleeping with the enemy.

I've also seen more firms selling into their own
buy recs over the last few months than ever. The
crooks have been so blatant they don't even bother
to rape anonymously using INCA, BTRG, REDI, etc.
If Jokyo Hoe is found guilty over disclosure issues,
they need to build a federal prison on Wall Street
and clean up the real problem.
