Tahoe,

I remember that day in October when it gapped up and saying to myself, it has to fill that before moving higher. Well it went up and never looked back. It was so long ago and GNET was basing in the 80's, so I figured it would never fill it in. I am amazed that it now has. But in retrospect the signs have been there for awhile. The declining relative strength of this stock is a classic sign. The moving averages have been flattening out also.
The fundamentals of GNET have only gotten better, but the action of its stock has been suspect for quite sometime. I do think GNET will rebound out of this, but you are right, a lot of technical damage has been done. The relative strength of GNET is a pathetic 18 as of Wednesday's close. (IBD)
