Ted <This AM I wondered why Goldman lowered the eps from 2000 to 2001. I thought maybe it had to do with Willamette. However its been suggested to me from a very reliable source that the lowered eps is probably due to the higher tax bracket (+35 %) that AMD will find itself in 2001.>

Unfortunately I think it had to do with both! IMO If Willy rocks, AMD probably WILL earn more in 2000 than 2001.
