Was her name Tera? <ggg>

Thanks Ray, it made my day to see all these same questionable TERN claims/issues that many of us here on SI have raised over at least the past several months (especially Pat M. on CMTO thread) finally brought to a head in legal form.

As I scan around SI, it looks like all the authors of the deaf, dumb, and blind rebuttals (to the TERN issues raised here on SI ) are STILL in denial. Now, what are the odds that 2 independent groups of people could come up with much the same laundry list of issues?

Ray, it seems like we're dialoging in stereo again. I just left you a message on the LMT.

Re the need for martinis, Holy Moly, I don't know about that. You say: "As a girlfriend once say, looks like today was a total waste of makeup."

My grandpa once told me never to mix discussions about technological merits and stock pick hyperbole when frequenting saloons, or when writing technology newsletters. No, Ray, I don't think that a martini is going to be very helpful here. But what the heck do I know?
