I've placed enough TA and FA on many threads, including this one.

For one, on the TA front, CSCO 5 and 13 EMA crossed negatively for the first time since November last week.

On Wednesday, the stock broke its 50 day MA on the close for the first time in 6 months.

The Nasdaq has done the same.

Fundamental Analysis, CSCO normally trades at a 2x PEG, this equation went way out of whack with the liquidity burst in late 1999.
