Mr. Osvaldo (Ozzie) Iadarola reports,

KAMLOOPS, B.C. - Audiotech Healthcare Corporation (AUD-CDNX) is pleased to announce that Carol L. Green has agreed to join the company?s Calgary operations as a full-time practicing audiologist. Ms. Green graduated from West Virginia University in 1985 with a Master of Science Degree in Audiology. Between 1986 and 1998, she worked as a clinical pediatric audiologist at the Alberta Children?s Hospital where she was responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of hearing impairments, the education and counseling of parents, the training and supervision of Master?s level students, and consulting with area schools regarding the placement of hearing impaired children. Ms. Green has won numerous academic awards and has had five research articles published in various hearing care journals.

"We are very pleased to welcome Ms. Green to the Audiotech professional team. Her credentials speak for themselves. Her presence will enable Audiotech to enhance its services to the hearing impaired in the Calgary area," said Audiotech?s president Osvaldo (Ozzie) Iadarola. "Like any business, it is critical that we attract and retain the best people in the industry. We are particularly pleased that Ms. Green chose to work with Audiotech despite employment offers from our competitors."

Audiotech is also pleased to report that the development of the company?s e-commerce business, HearingDepot.com, is proceeding ahead of schedule. Our technology partner reports that programming is nearing completion in preparation for full scale pre-launch testing this summer. In addition, we have entered into advanced negotiations with several leading assistive listening device manufacturers to secure an extensive line of products for the site. Several have committed to long-term supply contracts already and additional agreements are expected to be consummated over the coming months.

As our shareholders may have recognized over the past several months, Audiotech has been strengthening its cash reserves in preparation for the acceleration of its acquisition strategy. Accordingly, the company has entered into formal negotiations with several potential acquisition targets and hopes to unveil the first of what should become a series of acquisitions in the near future.

Audiotech currently owns and operates 12 audiology and hearing care clinics across Western Canada and the Northwest U.S. and is the third largest public consolidator of such clinics in North America.
