Whatever I knew about it 4 months ago is all forgotten. Looks like whatever shares I owned are gone as well. I'm sure anyone looking for info on it would appreciate hearing what you know, good or bad.

(Nasdaq:GBCR)(OTCBB:GBCR) announces today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of BusinessWay Computer Centre Inc. ("BusinessWay") and Cor-bit Peripherals Inc. ("Cor-bit"). Pursuant to the terms of the Letter of Intent, GlobalNetCare's wholly owned subsidiary, 3739007 Canada Ltd., will issue 40,000,000 exchangeable preferred shares in consideration of all the issued and outstanding shares of BusinessWay and Cor-bit.
