I too am against the anti flipping policy, but they would be much more likely to allow people to flip IPO's at a large gain rather than a loss. A major reason for the policy is to support prices so it wouldn't make sense to let people flip the losers. Good luck everyone, I am glad I only have 3 IPO's now (all down 30%+ today).
