It's code. You take the square root of the numerical value of the alphabetical position of the letter, increment its position in the word by three, reduce it to an integer, then takes its factorial and extract a root using as an exponent Madonna's cup size and reconvert it into a letter, that's what you get: g=b, a=i, r=l, aand also y=l because of the second step above.
