<LOL>

I just had a feeling it's been said before, many times - I've had tough week (outside of AMD investments) my mind doesn't usually work that way.
====================================

I'm a little surprised that no one is noting that AMD now has two chip architecture teams, like Intel. So that if the Austin design team has a bad cycle, the Dresden design center is there to make up for it halfway through the cycle. (Kind of like Willamette may make up some of the market share being lost by coppermine)

Intel has had this going for them for some time now, while for AMD it is new - and significant. Multiple FABs, multiple design teams, a three legged platform (CPUs, Flash, and Networking) of profitable divisions to keep the company's earnings more reliable.

AMD is a much safer investment than it was a year ago - much can go wrong, and the company can continue to do well.

These factors should bring us a better P/E over time.

Regards,

Dan
