Exactly, why force these poor people to give up a child to a system they know from personal experience is evil. Marcos and his cohorts believe that "render unto Caesar" means to send the kid back to Cuba, obey Reno and Castro blindly. This kid is a living breathing entity that has the right to exist for his own sake and not for the sake of a dictator. Dershowitz know that sending this kid back to Cuba would be like sending him to Auschwitz. Thankfully there is some common sense and goodness left in America. average joe
