And how is this any different than Tokyo Joe? Since Lehman made billions with their pump and dump, and Tokyo Joe made a few hundred thousand, is Lehman less guilty? Oh, I forgot, they can afford to bribe...er, offer cushy jobs to.. SEC employees when they leave public service. IE- Rubin and every other clown who left the SEC in the last 10 years. --------------------------------------------- It was Lehman. They liquidated immediately after an upgrade on VERT (which subsequently nose dived about 70% or so).
