Chris,

I am just wondering how the new NASDAQ SOES/SNET system will be handled by Cyber?

Thanks for your post. As you have pointed out, NASDAQ is striving to improve fragmentation and as they begin the implementation of these changes, CyBerCorp will comply with any NASDAQ testing and requirements to assure proper functionality. However, as WryBoy has suggested, these changes are on NASDAQ's handling of the order. Until NASDAQ merges both SOES and SNET, you will not notice any changes on CyBerCorp's representation of these two execution options. If and when SOES and SNET become one, you will notice a new execution option replace SOES/SNET. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance and forgive our delayed response.

Sincerely,
