Tench, <anti-Rambus FUD is up to a new level.> It is time for you to counter the FUD with party remarks about how the fine Rambus granularity helps tremendously in the marketplace. Say, how nice to meet user needs with 192MB, or 224MBytes of memory instead of single 256 DIMM stick? Great deal of differentiation, is not it? Customers must care a lot about this finest granularity! Especially with Windows-2000. And about low cost pin count. And how cheap is to trace boards with 5 picosecond delay skew, counting 1.5ps for every trace turn and some for vias. And how easy to control resin quality and layer thickness in manufacturing. And..
