Speaking of earnings:

I have no clue what to expect from the current quarter. But NEXT quarter we should begin seeing the fruits of the AT&T relationship. Hojo got what he wanted - preferred pricing and total access. IDT will have an edge over any competitor. It will be able to make money where others cannot. AT&T was the missing piece of the puzzle. What more needs to be said? Just weather this storm and look at the horizon.

Blankmind, the deal with T has been approved by all 3 boards of directors. Announced to the public and an 8K filed. It is definitive and DONE. IDTC receives $75 per share for 14.9M shares of NTOP. ATT buys 2M shares of IDTC (which they did last week). IDTC retains 10M shares of NTOP.There is no provision whatsoever that allows any sort of renegotiation. The reason there hasn't been a lot of fanfare is T is embarassed for the moment.
