Correct me if I'm wrong, but that 52 week high of 35 on the VIX.X was hit on Tuesday before last.

Jimbo, I agree that we probably had the capitulation bottom this morning.

If that proves to be the case, I think that stocks like CREE, JDSU, MRVC, SEBL, GMST, EMLX, SUNW, JNPR, and lots of others will have quite significant rallies. At this mornings lows, these stocks acted like they just didn't want to go down anymore.

IMHO.
