Gus, Thats all old news. The fact of the matter is that the US has been the worst of all NATO nations in giving the world a stable foreign policy. The so called "Clinton Doctrine" is nothing but schitzophrenia with a politically correct twist. Look how Clinton sucks up to China (an oppressive brutal regime) and kicks ass on Cuba (an oppressive brutal regime). Talk about schitzo. Then, Clinton leads an attack on the nation of Yugoslavia, a nation which never threatened the United States. And you call the French "collaborators" with the Serbs? The fact is, Clinton's mindless foreign policy towards the former nation of Yugoslavia contri- buted much to the slaughter and brutality of the civil war. He set out to break the nation up and succeeded. Then he blamed Milosevic (a guy who was a banker when the civil war broke out) for all the horrors and succeeded. It kind of reminds me of how Clinton blamed David Koresh for the Waco fiasco and found other scapegoats in Somalia to take the blame for everything. You appologists for all this BS caused by Clinton are just amazing. Now its the French who are at fault for the "Serbian War Criminals that Run Free" syndrome. The French probably played the most even handed, rational policy in the Balkans and now they get to eat the blame. In fact, maby you are on to something. When Kosovo finally blows up and the bodies of US Service People start coming home, Clinton is going to blame the French for all of it I bet. Those stupid Frogs...can't do anything right!!! -John
