Again, you're focusing on things that don't matter one bit in the current market environment. I think even you will now agree with me, as I've warned on this board several times, that the gig is up for chronic money-losing companies who rely on gimmicks like turning themselves into "incubators." This thing was late to the party, and that's why you're holding a recently-delisted OTC-BB piece of paper that changes hands under a buck by appointment. Go back and read some of your posts--and the critical responses of others--from the past few months. I think you will amaze yourself at just how wrong you can be....
