MKT had better bottom and reverse early. Art Cashin, who
would know if anyone does, says..."Market's don't bottom on
Friday's."

If we can stay near that 200 DMA some buyers and most
meaningfully the institutional buyers will appear.

Let's hope that there are more shorts out there, they'll do
some covering at the 200 DMA on the NASD @ 3500
