Yes we do, ATT paid $36.75 per IDT share last week for 2M shares of IDTC.

On March 3, 2000, AT&T entered into an agreement with IDT granting IDT an option, for a period of 180 days, to cause AT&T to purchase 2,040,817 shares of Class B Common Stock of IDT for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $75,000,000. The Class B Common Stock will carry 1/10 of a vote per share. IDT
