There is no liquid, and all the restricted shares of the no so long ago hot IPOs are trying to get out.. the value line index has been in a bear market for over a year. When people saw all the rotation they should have known that was due to no liquid.. there is no money in the market..it's like a ponzi scam you always need to have more buyers just to keep it going. real damage has been done and I've seen selling into the rallies..people just wanting to get out even.. ----------------- a bottom takes time to put in..and you will get two deep bottoms the second one may be lower than the first but it will be inside the bollenger bands, and about a month after the first bottom. Rotation wont save this market.
