Dear GV: We are in a VERY STRONG economy which is EVEN STRONGER for those companies involved in the internet buildout and the telecommunication expansion GLOBALLY. Those conditions did NOT exist in the 70's and 80's. So there is no excuse for this market to fall like that. Yes, we had speculative excesses in the INTERNUTS and others and even in the solid technology stocks such as CREE and RMBS which IMHO are great companies but got way ahead of themselves. But, we still got the best economy we have ever had. JDN
