Yes, it appears MGI paid a $3 dividend today. And the price was adjusted accordingly. Date of record was Apr 4, however, with the adjustment of price, I believe this works more like a split. . . where those holding on the ex-date automatically get the divi.

Otherwise, it would be a major rip to anyone buying last week. . . .like me. I have a broker looking into the exact terms. I'll post when I hear back.
