(OTC Bulletin Board: CHCL - news) announced today the appointment of Sonny Hung as the Company's Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Hung joins China Continental from Man Sang International Ltd., an international jewelry company listed on the OTC Bulletin Board and Hong Kong Exchange, where he served as Corporate Development Director. His responsibilities at Man Sang included overseeing the IPO and a private placement of 40 million shares, introducing strategic and institutional investors to the company, managing mergers and acquisitions in Hong Kong, China and the Philippines, and developing brand name recognition and the e-commerce component of the business.
