CNBC is doing a series on chat rooms on the internet and people who try to use their influence to move stocks. So far this week they've interview Anthony@Pacific (Elgindy) and Tokyo Joe. Today they're doing a feature on how companies try to fight these people. It's on Business Center, which is at 3:30-4:30 PT, 6:30-7:30 ET. They also mentioned that the SEC has 200 people scanning chat room sites looking for "irregular" activity regarding posters.

The SEC has an on-line site where you can register complaints:

khacha,

Let me say again, after having read the bulk of the complaint, that I believe this case will prove to be a big grin. I believe the complaint itself includes materially false statements, and exhibits horribly convoluted logic.

Your assessment is worthy. I'd add that I recall that Rakib stated in the conference call, essentially, that the posted "so-called" cease and desist letter was not provided by Cablelabs. So this is to say I don't think it was Cablelabs intent to leak the letter as your comments may suggest.
