That's ridiculous. How can management be blamed for some programmers who are behaving like stupid jerks ? Management can easily find out who did it and straighten them out. The management owns most of the company and should know that this would hurt them and their image. Make no mistake, no management wants to have a bad image. I believe that being tough with competitors during a business battle is fine, as long as consumers are not hurt. But this is not tough competition, it is stupidity. We can blame the management if they don't do anything about this...
