Did you notice where they had that special shareholder meeting?

In addition, the board approved a 2-for-1 stock split which was subject to stockholder approval of the increase in the company's authorized shares of common stock. The stock split will be payable on April 28, 2000 to stockholders of record April 10, 2000.
