Ok. Explain me this one. How do you buy and at the same time keep the stock down?

4. Clearly there is certain amount of manipulation here. It is tough to keep the stock trading in a narrow 2 point range on over 10 million shares (the 2 point range existed until the end of the day sell-off)

Do you consider this an evidence of manipulation? Who exactly was gaining what my this manipulation? What pattern of trading would persuade you there was no manipulation?

By the way, I agree with your point 1 and 3.
