There were several days of distribution late last fall. Then, there were days here and there after the new year. Then, there were more days in late Jan and Feb and into March.

Distribution is officially considered as high volume on a slightly rising or no price movement after a previous strong rise. By this def, today cannot be considered "distribution." There are mini-examples, however. We've been seeing in several stocks waves of big block selling on the up-ticks. As I noted in a previous post, it is likely that many big traders will enter the markets again once the current selling wave is exhausted. They will hold until the counter-trend rally gets underway and sell at or close to the top. That'll be distribution.
