I suppose so. And that's analogous to the good/bad thing. You would THINK we would all know what pleasure is, and that we'd agree, at least at a basic level- but we don't. It would seem to me that pleasure would be more innate, and more similar human animal to human animal then something as fuzzy wuzzy as "right"/"wrong" would be. Yet humans can't agree on pleasure. And humans CERTAINLY can't agree on morality- which interestingly enough often gets tied up with pleasure, or controlling pleasure. It's a strange business.
