HalfTruthseeker- (Fnord?? is that you or another alter ego?)

Have you no fear? The SEC is not a toothless tiger. It doesn't just go after scams by those on the long side.

A temporary reprieve by this bear market and you want to gloat?

Aren't you afraid your background will come back to haunt you?

Aren't you afraid of what may arise given the timing of your report and alleged selective leaks which may have caused the lemmings to sell at the opening after your report came out? Those lemmings may have sold at the low and may have been harmed by the "volume created" (as your affiliate or associate has bragged)so that a profit may have been made by the front runners at the expense of the followers.

Do you know about front running and scalping? Those are terms not just applicable to those on the long side.

Do you know about Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5 thereunder?

The fact that one entity has no position in a company does not insulate it from liability under the SEC act and regulations thereunder. But don't take my word for it.

Go ask your own attorney. Ask him if he can spell "manipulation?"
